FOUR YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Happy Four Year Anniversary!!! With a reach of five thousand people in over 9 countries, you all have helped me make a global impact. When I first started blogging it was mostly for myself, which then expanded to my community, and eventually became worldwide. People often ask me “why blogging?” There’s something refreshing about having to spend time at my computer typing my thoughts, emotions, and ideas. Yes, speaking them aloud is powerful but being able to write these thoughts down and read them back to myself offers me a sense of peace. This blog has become a transformative space of not only my stories but anyone that is a dreamer, creative, queer, Black, first-gen and so much more.

As we continue to expand C4C is going live by 2021. I’ve always been involved in my community since fifth grade. I want to cultivate a space where those efforts can be amplified. This program will work directly with non-profit organizations to help bring attention to a social issue affecting the queer, Black, low-income, or first-gen community
